five things about me…

I am a North Coast BC girl, but the Vancouver area has been my home now for over twenty years. Don’t ever try to make me choose between the forest and the sea - that would be like asking me to tear my soul in two.
Most days I can be seen scrambling to keep up with my six year old daughter and our newest family member, our yellow Labrador Retriever named Jasper.
I equally adore staying up rrrrrreally late, and getting up early to start my day. Since those two loves clash, usually the early mornings win out. And when they don’t? There’s always coffee!
My family spends time with family and friends on Prince Edward Island every year as that is where my partner Steven is from. I love all things PEI - the sandy beaches, the red earth and the warmest people you could ever meet. To the locals I’ll always “come from away,” but a chunk of my heart permanently resides on that beautiful island, and with it’s lovely inhabitants.
I love photography. Like, really love it. When not shooting families, newborns or musicians, I can be found, with my camera, roaming fields, shores, streets and forests during my travels, and within my own community. I love capturing moments, beauty, light, love and connection.
